I lead Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption at Advocate Health — one of the largest non-profit health systems in the country — and I write about what that actually looks like in practice.

My work sits at the intersection of AI strategy and real deployment: building governance frameworks, designing Copilot Studio agents, running discovery workshops with clinical and operational teams, and writing the governance models that keep everything from going sideways. I’m Manager, AI Copilot Development on the Enterprise Advanced Analytics team.

Outside my day job, I run Upskill Tech, Inc. — a content and consulting brand where I publish the Daily M365 Copilot Tips series, co-host the 365 Deep Dive YouTube channel, and lead the Charlotte Area SharePoint User Group. I speak regularly at Microsoft-focused conferences including TechCon 365, SharePoint Fest, and the M365 Conference. I’ve been a Microsoft MVP since 2017.
